As part of the accreditation process, we surveyed our employees from across the business to hear their views on a number of issues. It was great to see the positive response and the results highlighting work across personal development and training through to our positive company culture. I firmly believe that for a company to be deemed a good employer, their values must be visible throughout the business, and therefore it is great to see that this accreditation recognizes all of the people at Proxima.
Best Companies was launched in 2001 with the goal of creating better workplaces across the world. The accreditation program sets an international standard for workplace engagement. The accreditation awards organizations that have demonstrated both commitment and investment into improving levels of engagement. This aligns completely with what we want to create at Proxima, so it is great to receive this accolade.
We have launched a number of initiatives to drive employee engagement and make Proxima the great place to work that it is. We’re dedicated to producing quality work for our clients and this can only be achieved by a team with a common vision.
These include initiatives focussed on inclusiveness and openness such as the Gender Equality Network, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and the Reconnect program which offers mentoring and support for colleagues who are returning to work after periods of absence.
