At Proxima, our focus is delivering results for our clients and exceeding expectations. As such, it is fantastic to see our consultants recognized at this year’s MCA Awards!

The MCA Awards highlight the positive impacts consulting has on society. This year, Proxima has been recognized in the Performance Improvement in the Private Sector category and received ‘Highly Commended’ accreditations for two of our consultants in the ‘Rising Star’ and ‘Young Consultant of the Year’ categories.

Our winner! Baxters x Proxima, Performance Improvement in the Private Sector

Baxters sought out a consultancy delivery partner for the first time in the company’s history, presenting our team with a clear brief and objective: embed sustainable practices across the business to reduce costs now and deliver long-term impact. The team developed a three-phased plan, focusing on packaging, facilities management, and improved manufacturing processes. We were able to deliver impactful results for the long term as a result of an open and constructive dialogue across the business, enabling us to deliver bold, innovative, and collaborative solutions.

Elizabeth Bradley, Highly Commended, Young Consultant of the Year

We are extremely proud that Elizabeth has been recognized for her outstanding work for both public and private clients. She has been dedicated to embedding sustainable practices both within Proxima and for her clients, developing solutions using her experience in market research and operational business support. A brilliant communicator, Elizabeth is an invaluable member of our team, and it’s fantastic to see her efforts recognized.

Tim Deeker-Harris, Highly Commended, Rising Star

Tim joined Proxima in 2021 with a unique blend of experience, having run a London-based Facilities Management company. His work at Proxima has seen him contribute across a range of areas, including post-Brexit relations and sustainable car travel in London. Tim has played a critical role in delivering key elements of projects, with a highlight being an economically critical program, with a value to the UK government of £360 million.

We are incredibly proud of our performance at the MCA Awards this year, building on our EVP Simon Geale’s success in the ‘Outstanding Achievement’ category at last year’s ceremony. We look forward to the rest of the year and beyond to continue delivering valuable support to our clients. Congratulations to the Baxters team, Beth, and Tim!
