What this site collects, why, and how to have it corrected or deleted
Who we are
This site is run by AQM BD PTE LTD, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202411138W), 160 Robinson Road #14-04, Singapore 068914. For any question about your data, write to info@aqmbd.com.
What we collect
- What you send us: the details you type in the contact form or send by e-mail (name, company, e-mail address, country and your message).
- A technical log: like every web server, ours records each request (IP address, date, page and browser). We use it to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and scripts
The home page, the technical sheets, the contact form and this page set no cookie and load no analytics or advertising script. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page opens.
Some older pages of this site, which we are replacing, still load scripts from Google Tag Manager, OneTrust and HubSpot that may set their own cookies.
What we use it for
To answer you, to prepare a quote and to carry out the service you order. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
Our team. When an order goes ahead, the people who carry it out (the inspector, the factory, the freight forwarder) receive what they need for the job. Messages are kept in our mailbox and on our server, which is in the Netherlands.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to answer you and to keep our business records. You can ask us to delete your message at any time. We will, unless the law requires us to keep a document, such as an invoice.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or to object to their use. Write to info@aqmbd.com. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Our other sites
The catalogue (trade.aqmbd.com) and the client portal (connect.aqmbd.com) have user accounts and keep the data needed to run them: orders, bookings, reports and invoices. The client portal has its own privacy policy.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
