How Packaging Is Made
From wood pulp to finished productKraft paper is made from wood pulp using the kraft process — producing strong, tear-resistant paper ideal for bags, wrapping, and packaging.

Pulping
Wood chips are cooked in a chemical solution (sodium hydroxide + sodium sulfide) at 170°C. This dissolves lignin, leaving strong cellulose fibers.

Paper Making
Pulp is spread on a moving mesh, pressed, and dried into rolls. Kraft paper ranges from 40gsm (wrapping) to 120gsm (bags). Brown color = unbleached = stronger.

Bag Forming
Paper sheets are fed into automatic bag machines that fold, glue bottoms, and attach handles (flat, twisted, or die-cut). Speed: 80-200 bags/min.

Printing & Finishing
Flexographic or offset printing applies brand graphics. Options: matte/gloss lamination, hot foil stamping, embossing. FSC certification available.

QC & Packing
Each batch is tested: burst strength, tear resistance, handle pull test (min 5kg). Bags are counted, bundled, and packed into cartons on pallets.
Corrugated board combines fluted (wavy) paper between flat liners, creating lightweight yet strong material for mailers and boxes.

Corrugating
A fluting medium (127-170gsm) is heated and pressed between rollers to create waves. Glued to flat liner boards. E-flute (1.5mm) is standard for mailers.

Die Cutting & Creasing
Flat sheets are cut to shape and creased for folding. Rotary die cutters process 8,000-15,000 sheets/hour. Auto-lock tabs eliminate tape.

Assembly & QC
Mailers are folded, glued, and stacked. Edge crush test (ECT) and burst test verify strength. Packed flat for efficient shipping — up to 5,000 per pallet.
Honeycomb paper is an eco-friendly alternative to bubble wrap. The hexagonal cell structure provides cushioning while being 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

Honeycomb Formation
Kraft paper layers are glued in a staggered stripe pattern. When stretched, the paper opens into a 3D honeycomb mesh that absorbs impact.

Specialty Papers
Baking paper: silicone-coated for non-stick. Void fill: crumpled kraft rolls. Wrapping paper: printed or plain. Each requires specific coatings or treatments.

Rolling & Packing
Products are rolled or cut to size, wrapped in PE film, and palletized. Honeycomb rolls: 250-500m per roll. Baking paper: 50-100m per box.
